Welcome to February!

It’s time to flip over that beautiful calendar I gave you, to welcome in the new month.

This is what February in Vernon BC has in store for us:

My beautiful wife, talented photographer Teresa Deak captures a couple of mallards in flight – about to land on the duck pond in Polson Park.

And in case you’re wondering, yes, that is Ogopogo by the fountain.

So, since the legendary lake monster has a name, we think that duck on the left needs a name, too. Pop over to my Facebook page to suggest his name!
