You Want To Live Here!

There are so many reasons to love living here, you're going to want to try them all!

The North Okanagan - and it's center, the City of Vernon - are vibrant locations with great people and so many things to do. If it's outdoor activity you seek, we have loads to do in summer and winter. If it's food and beverages, you have to check out our wine, spirits, cider and beer! There are activities for the whole family, for the art appreciators, music lovers and community builders.

If you're arriving from larger centers, you may enjoy our more relaxed pace and more affordable prices. If you plan to travel, you'll love the easy access to the Kelowna International Airport. And if you love a summer BBQ with your best friends, you can't beat the Okanagan!

Explore North Okanagan

As a Realtor® licensed in British Columbia, I can help you with your real estate needs anywhere in the province, although it's usually to both of our benefits if I stick closer to home.
With home being Vernon and my brokerage in Lumby, the communities I work most in are Vernon, Coldstream, Lumby, Armstrong, Enderby and Lake Country. I'll also be happy to help you with real estate in Salmon Arm and the Kelownas.
And, yes, you're right: Lake Country is officially in the Central Okanagan, but I like it so much I'm including it here!

The center of the North Okanagan, surrounded by 3 lakes features world class skiing and golf and is handy to the Kelowna International Airport

Lake Country

Heading south to the Central Okanagan, Lake Country includes the communities of Winfield, Okanagan Centre, Oyama and Carr's Landing where lakes abound!

The municipality of Coldstream is on the shores of beautiful Kalamalka Lake, with rolling hills, lush farmlands and some of the best views you'll see anywhere.

Just a few minutes north of Vernon, Armstrong is all about relaxed country living. Home of the renowned Interior Provincial Exhibition - aka the IPE!

To the east of Vernon, this smaller community is set in rolling hills a short drive to the city, on the way to Mabel Lake  and the gateway to the Kootenays

North of Armstrong, cute little Enderby features gorgeous cliffs and a meandering river perfect for floating. There's even a drive in theatre! It's the other way to Mabel Lake!
