Wanted | The right house(s) for my clients

Every now and then I’ll have a client give me a special request for the type of house they would like to buy and own. You would think that with all of the For Sale signs you see on many blocks around Vernon, it would be easy to fill that order.

Apparently, not so much

Now I have 2 (or is it 3?) special requests:

An East Hill home, 3 bedrooms up, and a rental basement suite. How about under $350,000?

And as my happy luck would have it, I have 2 buyers looking for the same type of home and property:

A larger lot, 1-10 acres, nicely updated home, a separate shop/garage for tinkering and toys, in Coldstream, BX, or possibly towards Armstrong. If you can make it under $700,000…we need to talk.

We have seen everything that is currently on the market, and those homes, although very nice, just don’t match what they are looking for.

Do you know any of these houses?

    We have a house on East Hill that we are presently renting and debating on selling. There are 3 bedrooms up and the basement could be coverted into a suite if one wanted to. Just put in a new engery efficient furance last year and new hot water tank this year. Price would be under $350,000. Let me if this interests you and your clients.
