To my neighbours in East Hill: This notice from BC Hydro may affect you, if you are in the area outlined in the map. Improvements like this are good, despite the disruptions they can cause. Best of luck to you.
BC Hydro wishes to inform customers located in the East Hill area of intermittent short power outages that will be experienced starting September 23rd and ongoing until October 31st between 8 am to 6 pm, which will affect small groups at a time while work in specific areas is completed.
All affected customers will receive advance door-to-door notification.
The area affected will be 3902 17th St. north to 1501 40th Ave. and 1609 39 A Ave east to 1410 15th St. including 39B Ave.
Work is required for replacement and upgrade of transformers and wiring.
